Description: Rose essential oil has a floral scent which is often linked to a deodorizer to help freshen up the odor, but has numerous other therapeutic benefits that may help with some health conditions.
Properties: Due to it’s antibacterial and anti depressant properties Rose essential oil may improve signs of acne, provide a balance with hormones and relieve feelings of depression, anxiety and sadness. It is also said to help against muscle and joint pain when diluted in the bath.
Rose essential oil blends well with: Jasmine essential oil, Marjoram essential oil, Frankincense essential oil, Ylang-Ylang essential oil and Geranium essential oil.
Contraindications/Cautions: Although Rose essential oil when used in low concentrations can be used to help reduce headaches, it may cause headaches and nausea when use in high concentrated doses. It is recommended to not use with pregnant or lactating.
