Shipping

We work hard to dispatch all orders as quickly they come in. Orders can take up to 48 hours to be processed. Orders received over the weekend or during public holidays will be dispatched when we re-open for business. If your order is urgent please contact us for assistanceĀ info@candlesupplies.nz

Bank deposits orders will not be shipped until the money has shown in our account.

All orders are sent via Post Haste and require a signature as proof of delivery. If you have special delivery instructions please advise in this in the message box on the Checkout Form.Ā 

Delivery Charges- a shipping charge of between $5.00 and $12.00 will apply dependant on volumeĀ 

Returns & Refund Policy

Your health is very important to us and because of this we will not accept fragranced oils, essential oils or hydrosols back unless damaged due to the risk of contamination. We have super affordable tester sizes, so you can make sure they meet your requirements.

All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please email info@candlesupplies.nzĀ to advise the problem, so we can fix it quickly. We certainly donā€™t want you unhappy.

Should your order arrive damaged please contact us immediately so we can claim with the courier company. We will require photos of the damaged stock emailed to info@candlesupplies.nz. Often the courier company will pick up the damaged goods. Do not dispose of damaged or broken stock until advised as this may affect replacement. We will ship replacements as soon as we receive the photos.
