Ginger essential oil blends well with: Cinnamon Bark essential oil, Ylang-Ylang essential oil, Sweet Orange essential oil, Sandalwood essential oil, Bergamot essential oil, Cardamom essential oil, Peppermint essential oil and Black Pepper essential oil.

With it’s warming properties it makes Ginger essential oil help with relieving cramps, bloating and muscle stiffness. It is also often used as a relief for nausea and colds and flu’s.

Contraindications/Cautions: Do not apply on skin undiluted as it may cause skin sensitivity, a test patch before use is recommended and do not use Ginger essential oil during pregnancy.
