      Mineral Recovery Bath Salt

      Ingredients

      • 1kg Magnesium flakes.
      • 500g - 1kg Dead Sea salt.
      • 10g fragrance oil, optional.

      Yield
      Approx. 4–6 x 400ml jars.

      Method
      Mix Magnesium flakes and Dead Sea salt together until evenly combined. If using fragrance oil, drizzle over the salts and stir well until evenly blended. Leave uncovered for a few hours, then mix again before filling jars.

      Use
      Add 2–4 tablespoons to warm bath water.

      Caution
      For external use only. Avoid eyes. Do not use on broken or irritated skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Take care as bath may become slippery.

      Pink Himalayan Clay Soak

      Ingredients

      • 1kg Pink Himalayan salt
      • 250g Bentonite clay
      • 5–6g fragrance oil, optional

      Yield
      Approx. 3–4 x 400ml jars.

      Method
      Mix salt and clay together until evenly combined. If using fragrance oil, drizzle over the dry mix and stir well until evenly blended. Leave uncovered for a few hours, then mix again before filling jars.

      Use
      Add 2–4 tablespoons to warm bath water.
