Description: Lavender essential oil is widely known as alternative treatment from insomnia. The calming, sleep-inducing scent often replaces modern sleep medicines, and has been found to increase sleep regularity.
Lavender essential oil blends well with: Cedarwood essential oil, Pine essential oil, Citronella essential oil, Jasmine essential oil, Rosewood essential oil, Ylang-Ylang essential oil, Clary sage essential oil and Geranium essential oil.

Lavender essential oil is commonly used for treatment of acne, psoriasis, eczema and other bacterial skin conditions, and can be used as an insecticide to repel moths and mosquitos.
Contraindications/Cautions: Lavender essential oil should never be ingested – only applied topically or inhaled through a vaporizer.
