Our Pure Coconut Candle Wax is made from cold-pressed Coconut meat, the same way  Coconut Oil is extracted. It then goes through a hydrogenation process, where coconut oil is transformed into a creamy white coloured candle wax.

Perfection

Hi, I am making candles for the first time and my mould needed 1500ml of wax.

I chose this wax for its color hold, being eco friendly and lasting burn time.

All equipment came neatly and appropriately packed.
Wax it self was crumbled which was easy to scoop.
Scent was okay.

User friendly wax - also in terms of how the wax felt on my hands/skin. Not toxic/ no burning sensation.

After I see how the set product looks, I will be ordering more coconut wax 🥰😍

Not happy

Placed an order with this wax to find out candle supplies forgot to send the order with my scents so I was waiting an extra week to receive it. Once received the wax arrived in 2 x 10 kg hard blocks impossible for me to break myself and use. I usually use wax flakes. Made my candle making 10x harder and longer than usual. Very expensive as well. I will not be ordering this wax again.

We apologise for missing items on your recent order with us. On our product page, you can find that it states this wax is available in blocks. Due to the lower melt point of this wax, you will not be able to find pure Coconut wax in flakes. If you do find them in flakes, it is most likely blended with another wax or additive.

Excellent Customer service

This is a continuation ot the previous review of 'Difficult to use 5kg size pack'.

I've reached out to support for help, and they have acted promptly by offering me a return label for the product and sendnig me 5 x 1kg sizes as replacement.

Shout out to Selena from support, really appreciate your help and amazed at the professionalism in dealing with customer cases.

The level of customer service is excellent, and the product quality as usual is highly recommended.

Will definitely be returning for more purchases in the future.

Difficult to use 5kg size pack

Used to get a bag of crumbed wax, which I could easily pour into a pot and use.

This time I ordered a 5kg bag, and received a one big solid 5kg block of wax.

Tried to chisel my way through but it's hard work with no real progress. Eventually ended up giving up and now a big block of wax is just sitting in storage.

Beware if you're buying a bigger size bags, might be better to buy 1kg bags in multiple quantities.
