Description: Belonging to the same botanical family as frankincense and myrrh, elemi essential oil has a soft, spicy, woody, and herbaceous scent which provides with a balanced and relaxed feel.
Elemi essential oil blends well with: Frankincense essential oil, Lavender essential oil, Rosemary essential oil, Myrrh essential oil and Sage essential oil.

Elemi essential oil has traditionally been used to reduce the lines and wrinkles associated with ageing, and can also be used to soothe muscle discomfort after exercise. It is said that Elemi essential oil woks as a stimulates and provides relief from chest infections.
Contraindications/Cautions: Consult with professional before using if pregnant or breastfeeding. Elemi essential oil should not be applied to the skin of babies.
