How to use:

Massage Candle - 5-6% to a low melt point soy wax.

Massage - For an aromatherapy massage, add 5 to 7 drops of essential oil to your favorite massage lotion or massage oil.

Diffusers disperse essential oils throughout the air, allowing them to dilute before being inhaled. Add 3 to 7 drops to an air diffuser.

Bathing - For an aromatherapy bath, add a 5 to 7 drops of essential oil blend to your bathwater.
