It’s a known fact that some essential oils clear up nasal passages and relieve sinus pressure and other congestion symptoms. Other essential oils are antibacterial and help stop the spread of the bacteria.

How to use the Sinus Relief essential oil blend to relieve congestion:
The best way to use essential oils to relieve a stuffy nose is through inhalation. You can inhale oils in a number of ways.
Burning Candles – make either an organic coconut wax or soy candle using between 5 to 7% of sinus relief essential oil blend.
Steam inhalation, combine essential oils with hot water to create therapeutic steam. Add three to seven drops of sinus relief essential oil blend into boiling water in a large heatproof bowl. Place a towel over your head, covering the bowl and breathe through your nose for no more than two minutes at a time. Keep your eyes closed to prevent eye irritation.
Direct inhalation refers to inhaling the essential oil right from the bottle. You may also add a few drops onto a handkerchief, tissue or cotton ball and breathe it in.
Diffusers disperse essential oils throughout the air, allowing them to dilute before being inhaled. Add 3 to 7 drops to an air diffuser.
Bathing - For an aromatherapy bath, add a 5 to 7 drops of sinus relief essential oil blend to your bathwater.
Massage - For an aromatherapy massage, add 5 to 7 drops of sinus relief essential oil to your favorite massage lotion or massage oil.
