Starter Pack

I purchased the Starter Pack as a Christmas Gift for my daughter so has not been used yet but looks good! I also purchased a Diffuser Kit but the base oil was missing. I contacted NZ Candles and they dispatched the missing item immediately so I was very happy with their great customer service!

Still hasn’t arrived

Delivery time said 2-4 business days. It’s been 2 weeks and still no update on estimated delivery time.

Regarding shipping times, please note that our normal shipping time to your area is 2-4 working days.

I can see that you have ordered after our cut off date during peak season. Unfortunately, delivery after these cut off dates are very slow. We had information on our website about pre-planning orders during peak season to avoid delays.

We have followed up on your shipment and have now received confirmation that they have been in touch with you for delivery.

Missing items during shipping

I ordered a number of items as a gift for my partner for Xmas. Unfortunately they did not send all the items I paid for. After waiting a week of advising them of the missing items they are still yet to send the item I had paid for. Disappointing.
