Don't let Stress and Fatigue get the best of you with this natural therapeutic blends:
Mist Spray to help relieve stress:
- 9 drops of Bergamot Essential Oil
- 11 drops of Geranium Essential Oil
- 10 drops of Ginger Essential Oil
Blend together in a mist bottle, and spray the room whenever you need to. This blend will not only benefit you but everyone in the room as well.
Bath blend to help relax and uplift:
- 4 drops of Marjoram Essential Oil
- 4 drops of Cedarwood Essential Oil
- 3 drops of Melissa Essential Oil
- 2 drops of Bergamot Essential Oil
- 2 drops of Sweet Orange Essential Oil
- 5mL of Pomegranate Seed Oil (or carrier oil of your choice)
Blend this blend in a nice hot bath for after work and sink into it with maybe even a sneaky glass of wine. We've got to spoil ourselves sometimes.
Reed Diffuser:
- 7 drops of Geranium Essential Oil
- 7 drops of Rosemary Essential Oil
- 5 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil
- 50% reed diffuser base
Blend together in a diffuser, for an uplifting aroma, to help reduce feelings of stress. Remember for a stronger smelling diffuser mix 50% reed diffuser base, and for a more subtle diffuser mix 70% reed diffuser base.
I like mine strong so when making my blends I tend to mix 50% reed diffuser base and 50% Essential Oils.
Body Massage Oil:
I love massages! They're such a a great way to help you feel more uplifted and relaxed.
- 5 drops of Sweet Orange Essential Oil
- 5 drops of Rosewood Essential Oil
- 5 drops of Petitgrain Essential Oil
- 5 drops of Sandalwood Essential Oil
- 20mL of Cucumber Seed Oil (or carrier oil of your choice)
Mix ingredients together in a clean bottle and shake. Massage all over your body, avoiding the area around the eyes for best results.
