Tired and Aching Muscles after a long day? Give these Recipes a go:
Hand Bath:
- 4 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil
- 4 drops of Thyme Essential Oil
- 4 drops of Lavender Essential Oil
- 3 drops of Marjoram Essential Oil
- 5 mL of Camellia Seed Oil (or carrier oil of your choice)
All you need to do is blend these essential oils to a basin of hot water and soak your hands in it for 20mins. Super easy!
Massage Oil:
- 5 drops of Palmarosa Essential Oil
- 5 drops of Eucalyptus Essential Oil
- 5 drops of Pine Essential Oil
Massage the blend into aching area leaving it to feel loose and relaxed. You can even get your partner to rub it on you! :)
